Who this covers

This notice covers the SolidAngle website at solidangle.net and the contact form on it. SolidAngle is an independent consulting practice based in Los Angeles, California. For privacy questions, contact paul@solidangle.net.

What I collect

If you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, company (optional), service interest (optional), and message you provide. The form does not use cookies or third-party analytics.

The web server records standard request logs — including IP address, requested path, response status, and timestamp — for security and operations. Those logs do not include contact-form message bodies.

Why I use it

I use contact details only to reply to your inquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and keep ordinary business records. I do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

How long I keep it

Inquiries are kept while a conversation or engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. If you would like an inquiry deleted sooner, email me and I will remove it unless I am required to retain it.

Who processes it

The site and its database run on infrastructure operated for SolidAngle. Email notifications are delivered through an email service provider. These providers process information only to provide those services. I do not share inquiry details with anyone else except where required by law or with your direction.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; I do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email paul@solidangle.net to exercise a request. I may need to verify your identity before acting.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health records through the form.

Children

This site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

I may update this notice as the site or the law changes. The effective date above will change when I do.
